Last weekend – some of the Post 7 members were invited to come visit Post 163 in Friday Harbor.

If you have never visited this Post, make yourself a day trip and go see their amazing collection of History! Give yourself plenty of time to hear the stories behind each display case, spend some time with your own thoughts while you peer through the glass and see the personal possessions, weapons, photographs and uniforms of our own local heros.

Take some time to just listen to the “Walls Talk” while you are there and then take a few moments of silence to thank those that have sacrificed their lives, their families and the ability to be with the ones they love – for you.
